Funny given that both the posts before and after mine had the exact same thoughts as me. My point is it's only that thin because all the electronics are in the base unit. A more realistic image would be a model with the electronics behind the screen as is standard on most flat panels.
I can't say I think putting a TV against the wall is ideal, looks futuristic and is done often with displays now sure, but is it so great? Besides at 11" it would be silly against the wall, you'd have to walk to the wall and stand near it to watch TV.

The screen may be wafer thin but look at the base unit. Can hardly hang it flush on your wall.
