The original has no LED's and like mentioned in the comment above, a different button layout. You really should have done some basic research, instead I think you just wanted to make "choat" jokes.
You are right that this is a fake. Beware! I ordered one, and just took it out of the box...which is the wrong box. I have a real S7, so I can compare them closely. The colors are wrong, and dull. The front cover seems to be painted white, and not molded beige. The workmanship is shabby. It uses a traditional mini usb to usb cable connector. The other buttons are wrong. The instructions were a one sheet mostly printed in Chinese and bad English. It doesn't say "iRiver" anywhere on the device. And... it doesn' even work. The iRiver software doesn't recognize it, and my Windows XP computer can't use it from any port. Run away!
