I'm glad I have Verizon... with a Motorola Q. No, not the world's perfect phone, but it's NOT crippled, and I'm NOT bothered by Verizon's UI or VCast features that I don't use.
Also, I purchased the phone used on Ebay, which allowed me to use it WITHOUT signing a Data plan contract. If I want unlimited data one month, I add it. If I don't, I take it off.
Plus, I really AM impressed with Verizon's reliability... dropped calls are never my fault.
Sorry for the Q advertisement... I know it's "so last year"... but I thought I'd reply to someone who is obviously a Verizon hater.
