can anyone answer 2 questions i have?

1. Does Leopard have a Install key? I bought the family version becase I have 2 macs but, if there is no install key then I will just cancel and use the same copy of leopard on both macs

2. Can you use 1 external HD for Time machine backups on 2 machines? Or do I need seperate external HDs?
