I highly doubt "Waterproofing" will actually happen for majority of phones in the near future. I do think "Water-resisting" might happen, and even with that, I dont see the often misdiagnosed water stickers companies put on batteries, phones, and the like will be removed anytime soon. Some are RED, WHITE, PINK, or HATCHED...Its a shame that companies dont know the difference and different maufacturers use different colors.
Anyway, its a great idea, but Im not sure if this chemical coating will ruin the sensative electronics INSIDE the phone.
