The E-Monitor sounds like an iMac with extra TV tuner added in. At $499 I'd be very interested in an iMac-like PC. As for the E-TV, not sure if that'll work out with the intended buyers. When people shop for a 42 inch LCD set, they're usually looking for a TV for their home theater system, NOT a computer. To charge extra $200 for a feature they probably won't need for the living room? Hmm...
