Mine died in December. It was a nightmare dealing with the Microsoft help desk - they are, without a doubt, the dumbest collection of robots I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. It took me over 2 months and countless phone calls to get a unit back. Apparently it's now on it's way. If anyone is ever brave enough to deliver the concept of service with their console, they will rule the gaming industry.
