Actually, some of the comments are pretty funny. But some are just mean spirited. How many PCs are so well thought of that people want to keep them around even after their usefulness is over? That PC fans don't get this is all the more telling.

You must be new here. Hating on Macs or Apple in general is sort of the raison d'etre for a lot of the people who comment on Engadget.
Wow, here's been on Engadget longer than the both of us....yet still hasn't come to that realization.
I guess some people are just late bloomers.
