Updates that have "bricked" Xbox 360s?

Anything can be "bricked" with updates; the Xbox 360, PS3, and any other firmware utilizing device is no exception.
By the way, still on my launch Xbox- got it the day it came out and was manufactured the 12th of October, 2005. Not a single issue.
