If you wanna see how a mac tablet would work, just look at the modbook. it doesnt even require the EFI emulation since it uses the same motherboard and processing unit and the MacBook Pro, though it isn't as minimalisticly designed as most actual macs. The only advantage to this is size.

It's actually a converted Macbook, not a MBP, if I remember correctly.
