ASUS Eee PC 1000H already unboxed on video
Okay, so that was eerily fast. Merely two days after ASUS' Eee PC 1000H went on sale in Taiwan, the cats over at TweakTown managed to secure a unit and curb their excitement long enough to unbox the thing, snap some photographs along the way and even capture the experience on video. Here's a hint: it's an Eee PC, it has a 10-inch display, and it's leaving its original packaging. Video after the break.

The specs on this thing look really nice, I just wish they'd do three things to the 1000H:
- Bump up the screen res to WXGA
- Bump up the HDD to 120GB (7200rpm)
- Offer Vista Business as an option
If they did that, I couldn't think of anything to change.
Haha eerily. That's funny. eeerily would have been better. and EEErily better still.
I mean Eeerily
DO NOT WANT.
Grab an eee 900 (NOW) and save both $$$ and have more portability
or
Grab an MSI Wind (VERY SOON) with basically the same specs and save $$$$
or
Wait for HP (IN A FEW MONTHS) to get an Isaiah Mini-Note out the door, which will put MSI and Asus to shame
you have just been educated ;)
For the price they can keep it, i will take an MSI wind, the new dells will be nice, but i don't feel like waiting. I'm selling my old g4 17inch powerbook and i will buy the windows version of the msi wind (because it has a bigger battery, and bluetooth,) then i will format it, and put linux on it. Then, i will try to recoup my windows xp license cost and see if i can get 50 or 60 bux back out of it
Don't you mean "Eeerily fast"?
