Not to start anything, but isn't that a Mac wallpaper/splash page on there?

I'm not sure, but I've had this Dell computer for 2+ years already, and there's a background exactly like that included. It could be a Windows XP wallpaper, but I'm not sure.

Lots of wallpapers look similar. Maybe OS X has a Dell wallpaper on their computer. :^)
