It's not a commonly tracked statistic on any review site, and nobody seems to have this information for every camera. We were hoping other readers could inform us as to what small digital cameras can fire off their first pics in under a second (ideally under half a second). Just to educate you people this practically the same notebook as the RazorBook minus the 4GB SDD and 512MB ram.
It has a 400MHz Ingenic MIPS CPU. Basically this is an oversized PDA that can run either Linux or Windows CE 5.x.
You can consider this a modern Jornada 820, Compaq Aero 8000, NEC MobilPro 880, or Clio C-1050.
