It's probably because of the Acer One which is even cheaper than the MSI Wind. Maybe they're feeling some pressure - or maybe you're right, another net book in the works, this time with I don't know, more ram, more hd space, or something.
I still don't understand why someone would shell out even $550 for this when you can get a laptop with more juice, just a tad bigger and a CD/DVD drive that's albeit 1 or 2 more lbs for the same price OR one that has a screen 1.1 inches smaller for less. Or is this happy medium really worth it?
