I'm not sure I understand your difference. If you are trying to say that none of these are 'cheap' at 200+, then I guess I understand you. But if you are trying to say that 200 is not cheap for a 1080i/p gaming console I might peg you to be a bit batty.
On the other hand, functionally inexpensive is another question. How much extra money do you need to spend to enjoy the console. I'm guessing the 360 gets that hands down because of how long the system has been out. You can get more games for cheap as well as cheaper controllers, etc.
