Think of the first thing a person new to computers would ask for, its "how bigz is the hard drive?" or "duz it haz a fingherprints readerer?".
Toshiba is taking away the MBP market (the very small one) by selling a PC that looks as though it has better specifications for less price, when really they've cut out things that a normal consumer WOULDN'T look for, such as the dedicated graphics. You gotta think in terms of Toshiba not the customer.
