I've got to say, there are some sexy products being unveiled this year. This and the VAIO P are the most notable for me. I really wish Apple would license OSX out. I don't mean this as an inflammatory comment, but if either of those ran OSX, I'd buy it. I switched a few years ago, and the thought of using Windows again is really the only drawback for me.
Hopefully it'll be better once the OEMs are using their own Linux distributions and have more flexibility of the software. On the evidence of some of the products we've seen at CES so far, they've got the hardware nailed.
Apple would never want that. No one would buy there expensive computers. I used to use windows a couple years ago, but then got a mac pro and Leopard is the shit. I've been messing with windows 7 and they are on a comeback. Steve Balumer (however you spell it) said there is even more features for windows 7 that won't be in the beta version. The adamo with MW7 will be a great laptop.
Leopard is shit alright. Hard core shit. Shit on a cracker. Diarrhea type shit that runs down your leg after you think the OS is THE SHIT, but then you get the surprise of a lifetime.
@larryryan - totally agree. just my personal experience but Vista has completely taken all PC laptops out of contention for me. hopefully win7 will make PCs once again a viable alternative.
No i said if apple let their OSX out so it worked on any computer no one would buy their expensive computers. Everyone knows that apple has over priced computers. I could have gotten the XPS for half the price with the same specs, or even built one for even cheaper. I wanted OSX and since intel mac have bootcamp I could install windows agian on another hard drive and have both operating systems. The Mac Pro to me is one of the nicest desktops i have seen and i had to have it. The guts of these machines are so solid. I love the ram docks and the hard drive bays, and of course how the computer is all aluminum. I plan to actually do all three (OSX, windows, and ubuntu) with triple boot. OSX is the nicest looking OS yet, and it has tons of features that windows just doesn't have. I also don't have to worry about viruses like i would with windows. But that is slowly changing. And don't say i could have just got the XFI chip and got a cheaper machine because that wasn't out then. I still wouldn't do it anyway.
You have probably already been had at about this... Um, Win7 has even more features than the Beta. That's a good thing? Do we need more features, especially ones that aren't going to be tested on users before release. I wish Win7 had less features. And Bro, like why would you go get a Mac Pro, they are $$$$$. An Apple laptop sure, but the Pro? I never quite get that.
Now that we've thrown 'em off the trail, use the form below to get in touch with the people at Engadget. Please fill in all of the required fields because they're required.
Omg the adamo in white if sexy as hell.

first time i have lust for a Dell.
truly!
I am no fan of Dell but I have to admit that the white Adamo looks bloody good to me. Dell should of had some proper photo's taken of it though.

The sexiness captured on video:

(No Engadget, it is not really a "leak" since a journalist was actually allowed to have a quick hands-on and shoot a video about it.)

@ larryryan0824:
I thought Apple users were more intelligent?
