Astro Gaming's Headset Hanger needs little explanation
Astro Gaming may not produce the most invigorating products out there, but you'd never know it by its marketing approach. In fact, we dare any HP Blackbird owner to give the read link a look and not have even the slightest desire to pick this here gizmo up. The Headset Hanger, contrary to popular belief, actually isn't a makeshift racing wheel; rather, it's designed to be the first (and only, probably) accessory to bolt directly onto the Blackbird's built-in VESA-compliant hardpoint. The purpose? To hold your gaming headphones, which would obviously be the A40s if Astro had any say in the matter. You could spend $19.95 on this just to satisfy your curiosity, but we'd recommend just glancing through the gallery a time or two until you're over it.

Excessively overdesigned. I want it.
well...this would make sense because well...you know they kinda designed the case
only 20 bucks not bad but not really necessary lol
Nothing says class like bolting a Garden Hose Holder to a 5k gaming machine
What can I say, the holes were already there.
Excessively overpriced. "i" do not want it.
they'd sell loads of them if they called it the "ihanger"
why? dont ask.
What do you care? Not like you can play games on ur trend machine.
@ chris
I'd be more interested in the ibanger
:\
You could use that VESA mount point to mount a windbox or an eee box to it, just because you can.
blackbird is kinda ugly
And with all that power, one little virus can bring it down...
GET A MAC!!!
OSX is virus proof.
Too bad your mom isn't and now I'm stuck with her STD.
@eye eye hater
That is the worst burn I have seen in a very long while.... but he had it coming...
hater, scankpuss (whatever)
I am confused, obviously you two are related but clear this up for me...
who is the Stillbirth and who is the Afterbirth?
eye eye, stop. Your making me want a mac so much... the people who own them are obviously so happy and agreeable ...
as much as i love mac and i hate to say this...
my macbook got a virus last week. and it wasnt from pirating software.
toll 0, eye eye hater 1

Wow,
you FAIL!
Eye Eye,
You fail on the daily, so I wouldn't point fingers. BTW, you must hate getting laid...
I JIZZ RIGHT IN MY PANTS EVERY TIME YOU’RE NEXT TO ME
AND WHEN WE’RE HOLDING HANDS ITS LIKE HAVING SEX TO ME
YOU SAY IM PREMATURE I JUST CALL IT ECSTASY
I WEAR A RUBBER AT ALL TIMES ITS A NECESSITY
You know, this whole commenting business is really going downhill lately. 4chan kinda seems classy compared to whatever is happening here.
Who doesn't love horribly overpriced sound?
is this actually needed?
What I use is a banana hook for my Beyerdynamic Dt8800s. Ghetto fabulous.
Sweet, a fellow DT880 owner. Rock on
can't ... hold ... on ... much ... longer
20 bucks isn't something to be whining so much about I say...
i'd use it, and i'm not even a gamer. I don't have speakers at my computer so having a proper place to keep my headphones safe would be awesome.

This seems pretty cool and functional. To Darren Murph, maybe you could recommend people buy a product instead of putting it down because you don't like it. Just a thought.
i just use a nail in the wall behind my desk.
[sarcasm] what a great product concept.. they'll clearly sell thousands of those because, well.. everybody has a blackbird/case with perfectly positioned holes! [/sarcasm]
i dont get it.. i mean, i was at a gaming festival last year which had a 2000 man lan party. You know how many pre-built machines i saw?.. alienware, dell xps, hp blackbirds etc.. none!.. it may have been dark and nerd ridden but still, no fker buys these things.. so why would you invent something to attach to one?!
next...motorola aura headphone holders
Personally I think it's a good idea it just that if I know me(which I do) I'd probably end up putting them on my desk/chair arm rest anyways
How is this justified?
Are HP and Astro in a deal or something?
Its a VESA mount, which most LCD monitors already have -- so you don't need a subpar HP gaming machine to use it.
Its a neat idea, but I think the same concept could be accomplished with a wire hanger and burning a twenty dollar bill.
