LG X110 finally reaching US soil before July
Ever get the feeling LG's netbook sector has something against the US? The X110 has been out in Europe since September, and the X120 is scheduled to be joining it later this month. But across the pond? Zilch -- until now, at any rate. President of Mobile Communications Skott Ahn told Forbes that the X110 will be landing here with Uncle Sam's approval sometime before July for a cool $400 unsubsidized. With so much competition, however, isn't that a bit pricey? Since the company's yet to go through the official channels with this information, it could be subject to change. Either way, it looks like we'll find out soon enough.

I Have a hard time getting excited about more netbooks when each new one seemingly appears to be about the same as the last.
Same look, same feel, same processor, same glossy finish on the cover.
I have a hard time getting psyched about anything LG puts out after the cell phone problems I've had. A computer is a lot more complicated (easy to screw up) then a cell phone, and I have yet to find an LG phone that is consistently dependable.
LG is all I buy. The cell phones I have had had been the most durable and dependable. The tv's have had th ebest picture i have seen after trying out many tv's. So I don't know about a netbook but I would buy a regular laptop from them with windows 7.

Been available in Canada for a while. Futureshop carries it for 529. speaking of the X110 of course.
HOLY HUGE ENTER KEY, BATMAN!
It looks exactly like the wind u100, right down to the LEDs
The big difference is the wind is available and cheaper
yes all have the same thing, when intel makes a serius processor with more than 1.6 then i will be there
The X110 has been available in Canada for several months. I bought mine in January from FutureShop.
I didn't realize it wasn't available in the USA, which explains why it got admiring glances in the press room of a software convention in Orlando last month
FutureShop now sells a more expensive version of the X110 with a 6-cell battery. I got a 9-cell battery from HongKong through eBay; it lasts 7 hours.
LG used to have non-compete clause in the US with IBM in exchange for selling thinkpads in Korea. Which is why I had to import my LG C1 from Canada.
