A sticker with contact information on the bottom and big letters saying REWARD OFFERED IF FOUND + boot password pretty much ensure that your laptop will be returned. (Finder can't use it AND will get something for returnign) Who would ever return a laptop out of the kindness of their heart anyway?
Boot password, what is this women's hour at the technophobe home? Why do people think a boot password or pincode will stop anybody? On a normal laptop that is.
(Yeah that was a bit negative towards women, but only the technophobiac ones though, and it's based on real life experiences)
@Wwhat Laptops are not as easy as desktops to clear boot passwords. If someone has enabled all the security features in the BIOS on a Thinkpad it's really not worth stealing. Some laptops are easy to crack but many will not clear the password even if you dissassemble the entire thing and remove any and all batteries.
While its tablet world topping pixel density, Tegra 2 silicon, and fresh to death OS certainly sound awesome, we had to get our grubby mitts on one to see if it's as good as its spec sheet would have us believe.
