@zap2 I think Palm doesn't like money, otherwise they would release an unlocked gsm version and just sell it , what do they have to lose? Nothing, so whats the problem?
@Hydra Americans have pretty much stated no to unlocked phones. For the most part, they don't like paying $500 up front, at least I'd rather have a subsidy and not have to worry. Although, it does cost me more money later.

@Hydra When you are CEO of a large corporation, you'll be able to call the shots. I doubt they are trying to make as little money as possible...
