Microsoft Pink livestream page offers glimpse of Turtle, Pink name changing at launch

In other news, Reuters says the phones won't actually be called Pink, and that they're likely scheduled to ship this summer, so that's something, we suppose. Honestly, we just don't know what Microsoft is going to offer here that'll be more attractive to teens than Windows Phone 7 -- we're still hoping to be wowed tomorrow, but we've got a suspicion we'll just be confused and sad. Which isn't a bad way to market something to teens, we suppose. Microsoft Pink: it's like having bad feelings.
P.S.- If you squint just right, that dude totally looks like a young Bill Gates. He also loves cuddles.

@Apple Fan -- my thoughts exactly. Why the hell are they sabotaging WP7? My best guess is that they want to infiltrate the free phone market and give a taste of windows phone 7 so that when those teens outgrow their free phones they take on its big brother the Evo4.
Apple won by catering to the "cool" and ignoring the uncool market. By associating with cheap phones, Microsoft might tarnish the WP7 identity witch would be unfortunate...

It has nothing to do with what companies I prefer. I love MS's xbox 360 and Windows 7 is the best OS out there. But that doesn't mean I'm not going to call MS out when they put out a shitty product...

Those photos are merely renders. The final product may not look the same way when announced and handled. This is the 5th gen iPod all over again.
