Pros:

Iphone = The most apps and simplicity + features of android with jailbreak
Android = Customizable, many versions, large market
Win7 = Sick Ui, achievements, netflix, nice dev tools for games,

Cons:

Iphone = No flash (unless someone finds a way with jb), locked OFFICIAL appstore, locked-down phone.
Android = Smaller appstore
Win7 = no multi-task, and new dev market

@Bowsa Netflix admitted that they're making an iPhone app and it's a no brainer given that they already released an iPad version. It'll be available long before Windows 7 Phones are.
