Aw, Suki Suki now! Nearly a fortnight after heard that Viliv's S10 Blade
had been delayed by the factory, in flies this. Tipster Anthony seems to be on Lady Luck's good side, as his unit not only shipped, but fell into his lap today. He ordered up the 1.6GHz version with a 64GB SSD and integrated 3G, and just to prove that he wasn't yanking our chain, he offered up a gallery's worth of unboxing shots. We can't say for sure that the backlog has cleared, but it's pretty evident that the earliest of pre-orderers are seeing their units trickle out. With that said, we'd encourage you to refresh that inbox once more and make sure a package isn't headed your way -- and when it does, let us know
how you like it in comments below.
[Thanks, Anthony]
Niice, hope this guy sends you guys a video of the product working so we can get a good idea of how powerful (or not) it is.
@abedinthehouse I would prefer an SNSD Viliv promo video ;)
Suki suki's Japanese. Viliv is Korean.
Just sayin'
@grandmainger
Suki-suki is also a Finnish condom brand.
@ukkisavosta
Naaaaiice!
now here its something that worth something,useful somehow and have the fuckin 7 onboard
i have one problem with it so far. imports. need to pop into down and get a travel adapter to charge it, but so far its NICE :) 3g works a treat. the High res makes it hard to use the touchsreen at times but thats just something to get used to.
seriously, if it didnt have this 1GB RAM limitation, i'd totally go for it
that simply killed the entire device...
Nice lense cap on 4th pic.
@Mr Blurrycam my bad :) think i was on the phone then so i had only one hand :)
@apcyberax Don't sweat it. I just enjoy being a jerk from time to time. Nice gallery BTW.
Unboxing? More like a boxing. That was trippy...
So unimaginative companies take the netbook & tablet hype even further. Now 2 devices that themselves already combine the worst of 2 worlds, combined into 1! You'll get a cheap-ass, slow, small and probably low build quality laptop, and a big, heavy, clunky tablet with a desktop OS at the same time. So in fact you'll neither have a good laptop, not a good tablet, but atleast youll have neither in one package.
For what this costs decently configured, why not by an HP tm2t?
i dun see any fan or heat ventilation....
Is it just because of SSD?
(well it's also an atom and intel accelerator x402030 whatever but still)
Nice, I hope it doesn't go up to 100 deg celsius like macbook pro
@planner there are no fans. its Atom and SSD so i guess it days cool enough to not need them. it does make using it alot nicer :)
