Similar to what I wear in my video. Classy.
@Rick Astley they do look sweet
@christopherius
They look like the iPhone, so sexy, sleek, unique.
Have you tried one? No? Go try one. It's seriously good. Excellent.
@Apple is the best company in the
iPhone, it's like the revolution of mankind.
It beats every phone out there, even these glasses.
for people with bad eyes`?
I'm thinking about getting a pair of Vuzix Wrap 230's (the cheapest I believe) for use with my xbox :-D
These look great!
Hey that's where I live!
Looks like 5 colors to me... I may have missed something though.
@Peter Fox
If you look closely, the "fifth" one is actually the red lens on an actual pair of glasses with the screen behind it. That's why it looks darker.
YYYYYEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!
What is video eyewear?
Where's the 3D version?
@longcat
According to the info page on Vuzix's website, they support 3D.
I, for one, would wear them.
I'll wait for the over priced oakley version to go with my over priced 3D TV and gimmicky Kinect.
[/sarcasm]
Instead of coming up with unnecessary accessories, they should concentrate on a new vizor with higher resolution screens and better headtracking (the YAW tracking of the VR920 is awfull compared to the old Forte VFX-1).. They have been making thes 640x480 vizors for a long long time now, it's time for 1280x720 vizors (or rather 1920x1080) for the same price as the current vizors..
@SuperDre No problem. All that's needed is taking the famed 'retina' display or better, and shrinking it by a factor 3 or 4 so they fit in the glasses. Easy!
Look with your special eyes.
@NoFaQ My brand!
I'm waiting for the KIRF models to comeout
What are they good for? Or are they just sun glasses? Then what are sun glasses doing on engadget?
