@berkleyberkley2010 oh, mr. berkeley berkeley, please educate me about business world. i am unwashed masses using poor phone and do not know about the business.
they reviewed it found some things on it..they did there job. Now they are covering a line. Then should cover when the Apple store when they change the front visuals....its gadget news!?!?!
@Vdek The part that really is cool about these photos from 2007 is that nobody has an iPhone yet. Sounds goofy, but if you look at any of the photos from what is being posted for tomorrows launch, you will see people using their iphones to pass time away and in the 2007 photos no such device was around. kinda cool. Thanx for the post.
haha thanks. You guys are funny. I work with professors that have PhDs and you guys would die if you saw their grammar. By the way they dont grade their own papers that's why they have RA's and Ass. Prof.
I'm a gadget fan. But this is behavior I will never understand. The unability to wait to feel this kick to get this phone on the very first day. Isn't that a sign of addiction?
@Seven2k Its funny. Usually gizmo do is the last site to bring up these Apple related issues. Now, ever since the "incident", they have been very proactive telling it how it is when it comes to Apple. Engadget seems to be doing the reverse, unless it takes hours to copy and paste.
Weird i was never a Gizmodo guy cause when i worked for the fruit company everyone loved going to their site so that turned me off. I just want gadget news not see whos in line waiting to buy. thats more of alt.engadget piece..no?
@dimithra I don't whine about those "Acer Aspire® One D150 Reviewed, Glowing Shift Key, Impressions" so don't complain about it when something genuinely cool comes out and people are excited.
@dimithra So did "High's" account get delete for saying something really dumb? And that's why you said you hoped he had a backup in place? Because you knew that would happen?
Just wondering if my detective skills are on par or if the comment system is just messed up...
@Xtole I am guessing that we will have 'endure' the iphone launch articles until the day that they are no longer a crazy mess that tops the year before. Because that will be a sign that the over the top iphone love has perhaps gone down. Until then, don't click links that say iphone, ipad, apple or whatever else it is that is making your gut clinch and your shite back up in the system. you'll feel better for it
@kpenning a handful of the handful that have gotten their phones, probably comes out to perhaps .5% of the total units at this point have a bad screen. No shock since nothing is ever 100% perfect when you are dealing with this kind of device. As for the reception issue, again, a small number and every report that I've seen has mentioned damp fingers/hands. So that could be a factor. We shall see
The only thing missing from the picture is people forgot to bring along some kind of containment for change. Poor Newyorker, has so many homeless on the street.
@dimithra i smiled when i saw the ps3 and hdtv running off generator power "classic" more than a $1000 in stuff to entertain you whilst waiting in line to buy some around $500
HP has had plenty of time to fine-tune its finger-friendly TouchSmart software, and now, its newest model, the TouchSmart 610, ushers in a fresh design, highlighted by a hinge that allows the display to slide down and lie nearly flat.

@Xtole
The Apple thrashings will continue until morale improves around here!!
@uckApple They'd sell that many if they had that many. They'll see whatever stock they have. Whatever number that might be.
@Xtole,
Nobody made you read this, nor did they give a shit when you commented on it.
@Seven2k
All this for a phone. In the end, it's a goddamn telephone.
