@DefusedHero Actually no one that is employed by BP ever actually worked on the rig The did not build it or run it. BP simply owns the site and footed the bill. I'm not saying BP is not at fault, they owned it so they were responsible to oversee operations

BP isn't pointing the finger at anyone, nor was one computer blue screening a factor in the explosion. Its a footnote on a two page article.
