I still think the Droid Incredible is the most well rounded android device on Verizon. The Droid X is a little too large to fit in most pockets without sticking out with a bulge. Also the locked bootloader on the X and Droid 2 suck compared to the instant 1 click root available on the Incredible. Battery life can be fixed on the incredible by getting the 1500mh HTC battery that can be found online for $15.
Actually Droid X is now rooted and custom bootloaders can now be installed. Customs roms are being developed as we speak. The incredible is a graet phone but the screen is too small. Droidx may be too big with 4.3" but 3.7" is too small. I think a nice 4" screen will be the sweet spot.
@tyrex I'd agree with you but the Incredible comes with a crappy AMOLED screen that you can barely see outside (compared to the iPhone 4's awesome IPS LCD or even the SAMOLED fitted Galaxy S). If they put a SAMOLED in this and 2.2, it would be a near perfect Android device.
