HTC HD7S now available for purchase

Doubted those announcements about the June 5th release date for HTC's HD7S? Oh, ye of little faith. The Windows Phone 7 handset was made available through AT&T's website over the weekend, priced at $200 with a two-year contract and $500 without -- you can also get it a bit cheaper through Amazon Wireless at $490 without a contract and $100 with. The HD7 successor features a 4.3-inch Super LCD, 16GB of built-in storage, and a five megapixel camera. Before you plunk down that $200 to $500, however, make sure you check out our hands-on with the smartphone from back in March.
