Things have been pretty quiet on the Chromebook front since the launch of Google's gorgeous, but pricey flagship, the Pixel. Enter HP with its 14-inch Pavilion Chromebook, a laptop that offers zippy performance and solid build quality, but ultimately cuts too many corners.
