Toshiba's web browsing TV

Toshiba's new line of high-definition LCD TVs is going to come with a web browser built-in. It doesn't say, but we're guessing the TV either has WiFi or an Ethernet port, and you connect it up to a home network. Sounds sorta like the return of WebTV to us, but at least you won't get stuck paying a monthly fee to experience how awful it is to surf the web using a TV.
