Class action lawsuit against cellphone companies

A law firm in California is trying to put together a class action lawsuit against AT&T Wireless, Verizon,
Cingular, Nextel, Sprint, T-Mobile, and US Cellular (i.e. – just about everyone) alleging that the cellphone carriers have been overcharging for "Night and Weekend Minutes" and then refusing to credit customers' bills.
