Sony's personalized Internet radio for cellphones

Sony says it's coming out with a personalized radio service for cellphones. But not for the US. The service,
which'll be part of their new "Connect" online music store, will probably only be available through European carriers,
in the US and Japan you'll just be able get regular, non-personalized music streams. The audio fidelity isn't going to be that hot, either. Since it has to be sent over a regular GPRS data connection, the best they'll be able to offer is about 16 kilobits per second.
