Cellphones might damage blood cells. Or they might not.
Swedish physicists are saying that, at least in theory, the electromagnetic radiation from a cellphone could damage blood cells by messing with the polarity of water molecules in the cells. They actually haven't been able to demonstrate whether cellphones have this affect on actual living tissue (they're basing their conclusions on a mathematical model they've created), so it'll be a long time before they can say for sure if there is a risk to humans. So basically we have yet another vague, useless report that doesn't tell us anything about whether or not it's safe to use a cellphone.
