Don't stick it in your eye

As if you needed to actually be officially discouraged from doing this, the American Academy of Opthalmology is warning people not to jump on the latest trend sweeping the Netherlands and have little pieces of jewelry implanted into their eyes. The implants (aka JewelEye)
are nearly impossible to remove once they're in there and could lead to a "vision-threatening infection". But you probably don't need to be a doctor to figure out that this is a bad idea.
