Serbian man invents walking stick to fight off packs of wild dogs

We're not sure where to begin with this one: so a Serbian inventor, after being "attached by stray dogs" in Belgrade, decided to invent a walking stick with two retractable blades (or can fire two blanks), a built-in thermometer, a special compartment for holding your "meds", a panic button which triggers an alarm, and, of course, a compass. We're just not sure what disturbs us more: the prospect of elderly people everywhere armed with deadly weapons or the fact that packs of wild dogs roam the streets of a European capital.
