Woman sues Cingular because driver who hit her was chatting on cellphone

A court just threw out the case of a woman in Indiana who sued Cingular after her was hit by a driver who was talking on his cellphone, claiming that it was the company's fault since it knowingly provided cellphones to people who would use them while driving, which is the same kind of irresistably shoddy logic fueling frivolous lawsuits everywhere.
