More dirt on the Rio Chroma

If it's Saturday it must be time for another post about
the Chroma, Rio's shadowy new hard drive-based MP3 player which we all though they were going to announce this past Monday but didn't. It might have appeared and then disappeared from Rio's website, but the Chroma has turned up on a few retail sites, including on BeachAudio.com, which lists it as a 20GB player with a retail price of $316.41. The Chroma is listed as "out of stock", and still there aren't any pics of it or any information about whether it'll have a color screen or not (someone out there must know something...). We're becoming more and more convinced that the Chroma is not the long-awaited
Karma 2, and that Rio is still planning to release a second version of their flagship MP3 player next year.
