Last week reader Nick B. wanted to know "What's the most useful portable Voice over IP service?", this week we just want to hear one thing: your absolute worst cellphone carrier horror stories. Here's your chance to let it all out. We know at least one of you has a story about accidentally getting a bill for $80,000 or being stuck on hold for 37 hours or getting transferred from customer service rep to customer service rep until you eventually get transferred back to the one who refused to deal with you in the first place.
