Women In Gaming release new white papers

What's a white paper? Women In Game Development has updated their site with two relatively new articles: Chicks and Joysticks: An Exploration of Women and Gaming (September 2004) by Aleks Krotoski & Why are There so Few Women in Games? (September 2004) by Lizzie Haines. Both of these topics have been coming up a lot, and these articles provide some keen insight into the discussion.
