The N940, NEC's new TV phone

NEC just announced the N940, a new cellphone with a built-in television tuner so you can get your TV fix on the go.
We don't want to get too hepped up on this one since the dual-band GSM/GPRS makes us think it won't find a home Stateside, but besides being able to watch TV on it, the N940 also has a VGA quality digital camera and a 2.1-inch,
262,000 color display.
