Canon's EOS Digital Rebel is back in black

So just in time for the big, uh, holiday shopping season, Canon is doing a special all-black version of the Canon Digital Rebel, their budget 6.3 megapixel digital SLR. We know, we know, when we saw this we were all like, "Didn't the Canon Digital Rebel already come in black?", but in fact a quick jog of the memory (read: a
search of our archives) reminds us that it originally came in sort of a silvery grey with dark grey trim. Crazy, right? Anyway, the price is still the same ($999, with their EF-S 18 – 55 mm zoom lens), it's just that if you weren't digging on all the grey you can now get the Digital Rebel in black.
