Dear Spyro, go away!
The mutant Barney is back! Why? There are franchises like
Ratchet & Clank that continue to break ground title after title, and then there are the Spyros that have just now decided to implement a wall jump and cliff hang into the series. It's pretty obvious that the latest Spyro, A Hero's Tail, is an uninspired platform adventure that's so dull and meaningless (and even frustrating) that it could be used to wean a hopelessly addicted game junkie off of the controller. You may be interested in A Hero's Tail as a game for the little ones, but even then, you might be better off encouraging them to pursue more valuable forms of entertainment. (If it's kids' games you want, see Nintendo)
