TiVo permalinks for TV shows?

George Hotelling, the guy who once put a song he bought from the iTunes Music Store up for auction on eBay, has another nifty, and probably more legal idea: why doesn't TiVo create permalinks for the different episodes of TV shows,
so that if someone talks about a TV show on their site they can add a link and all you have to do to remotely schedule your TiVo to record it (assuming you have that remote scheduling thing set up) is click the link to add it to your ToDo list. Microsoft, if you're listening, you'll add this feature to Windows Media Center when you roll out
MSN Remote Record.
