Metroid Prime 2 reviewed

While it won't be hitting the street until Monday (alongside the DS???),
1UP has posted the first mainstream review of the much anticipated sequel. They've scored it an "85", which, when compared to San Andreas ("90")
& Halo 2 ("100"), probably falls a bit short of some fanboy's expectations. The major strike against the game seems to be that in fulfilling such a quick turnaround, the developer has failed to strengthen the weaknesses of the original. There's also some gripes about a lack of innovation, but that's standard with any same-generation sequel—no one was expecting the mind blowing experience of the first Prime.
