RamSan-325 solid state disk combines capacity with speed

Texas Memory Systems have released the RamSan-325, a solid-state disk that comes in 32, 64, 96, and 128GB models.  That's right, we said gigabyte. It's meant for high-speed and high-usage environments, with built-in redundancy and hot-swappapble power supplies. But don't get too excited if you would love one for your home computer, since despite being a beacon of hope for those of us who fear moving parts (or just want the absolutely fastest storage you can find) this black box will set you back many,
many thousands of dollars.
