Chronicles of Riddick developer's cut?
Oh, come on. The constant game/movie comparison was already getting old. Now we have a "developer's cut" of one of the best games of the year, Chronicles of Riddick: Escape From Butcher Bay. Sure, the title is worth an expansion pack.
It's certainly worthy of a sequel. But a developer's cut? What the hell does that mean? I'm sorry, but this nonsense has got to end. We don't need any more nomenclature introduced into an industry which is only now getting its vernacular down pat. Spare us the film lingo, folks. We can do fine without it, and it certainly won't sell units.
The new PC version includes an arena for you to get your butt kicked by the baddest criminals in the galaxy. It also introduces a mech for some sweaty bot action. Our bet is it will be a worthy version of the game, stupid marketing ploy aside.
