Nero's new MediaHome with on-the-fly transcoding

With all the buzz around home media servers, Nero has created the MediaHome software package to provide control of network entertainment.  While most of the package looks pretty similar to others, the brilliant part is that it can do on-the-fly content transcoding from one format to another.  For instance, if one playback device only supports MP3, MediaHome will convert files of other types (say WMA) on the fly.  It's about time.
