Canadian iTMS Monday?

We know it's coming, and time is running out for a
November launch: "In October, Apple said it would launch in Canada in November, and a company spokesman said this week the company intends to meet that deadline," says Richard Blackwell of The Globe and Mail.

Could be Monday, or perhaps a Tuesday launch to coincide with New Music Tuesdays? The Canadian Musical Reproduction Rights Agency was apparently close to reaching an agreement with Apple on Thursday. David Basskin, president of the CMRRA, lists reducing piracy as goal number one of bringing the online music giant to Canada. Any Canadian readers care to weigh in on their chances of success?
