Windows tune out WiFi (or other radio) leaks
With the first generation of consumer RF/WiFi-blocking in the bag (in both paint and wallpaper varieties), maybe it's time to get a little smarter. Like, say, surfaces that block user-selectable RF frequency ranges. The technology is called a "dipole grid-based frequency selective surface", which is a grid of circuitry (not too unlike before) that can be tuned to block what you will. Switch from 802.11a to 802.11g? No problem. Switch from WiFi channel 6 to channel 11? You're covered. Only want to block out your pirate radio station? We can go on. Just don't open that window, yeah?
